Terms of Service

These terms are a legal agreement between you and Viktors Makreckis ("we", "us"), an individual based in the United Kingdom who operates voxxxl (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use it with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the builds, schematics, images, text and other content you upload ("Your Content"). To run the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for display, and distribute Your Content through the Service. This licence ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for copies already shared with others or retained as required by law.

You promise that you own or have the rights to everything you upload, and that Your Content does not infringe anyone else's rights or break any law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, harassing, or sexually exploitative;
  • impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • upload malware, or schematics or files designed to harm others' systems;
  • scrape, overload, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or bot protections;
  • use the Service to break any applicable law.

5. Moderation and enforcement

We may review, remove, or restrict content, and suspend or terminate accounts, where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken or to comply with the law. We operate a report-and-takedown process and may ban repeat infringers.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, see our DMCA / Abuse page for how to send a takedown notice.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that user content is accurate or safe to use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from Your Content or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or where we are required to by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales.
